Mindful Education
A conscious education is rooted in our ability to:
- Be more present in our relationships with our children and ourselves.
- Approach ourselves and them with compassion during challenging daily experiences.
- Create a healthier space between triggering situations and reactions, fostering emotional regulation.
- Recognize, observe, and accept all aspects of ourselves and our children as valid, with a loving perspective.
This journey is challenging, but mindfulness practices support integration into daily life.
When we seek change in our children, we can look inward and realize that change begins with us.

About the Trainer
Through this work, I aim to share tools for the personal development of children I have the privilege to support. Working with children is both prevention and a transformative approach to societal behaviors. Alongside parents (or caregivers), I help children build healthy development by nurturing emotional (self-esteem, confidence), relational (positive expression, communication, teamwork), physical, and mental (focus, attention) skills. Child intervention is pivotal: changing mindsets starts with children. A child equipped with emotional well-being tools becomes a balanced, happy adult.”*
